After last year’s third graders had graduated, we couldn’t win many official games, but we could get our first victory in this year’s prefectural tournament .Our new team is hard working with sixteen members. We don’t have a star player, but we, the team unite and keep practicing in the short time we have every day to regain our spot in the best 8.

We won the first game against Rokkasho high school getting 2 sets. In the second game we challenged Hirosaki high school trying to get a spot in the top 16, but we lost the game because we didn’t have enough power. After the third graders retired, our team was renewed. We practiced hard with ten players and two managers every day, having a motto of playing cheerfully and aiming at being tenacious and not to be scored against easily. Please cheer us up.
