On April 28, 2015, Associate Professor Katsushi Takashima from the Faculty of Humanities at Hirosaki University gave SGH class students a lecture entitled “Basic Style and Development Style of Business Model”.

　Professor Takashima taught them the SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats) Analysis, giving them examples.

　SGH students used the SWOT Analysis to examine Aomori products. They seemed to gain a new way of thinking to change weaknesses into strengths, and disadvantages into opportunities.
