Location

Japan consists of four major islands, and Aomori is located on the north edge of the Honsyu island. Our city faces toward the sea and mountains, and we enjoy four distinct seasons of beautiful nature. Flowers such as cherry blossoms are in bloom in spring, we can swim in the sea in summer, the leaves turn red and yellow in autumn, and we can ski in white snow in winter.

The average temperature is around 10 degrees Celsius (℃) with a high of 30 ℃ in summer and low of -5℃ in winter.
