On June 17, 2015, Associate professor Tsunenaga Oizumi from the Faculty of Management and Law at Aomori Chuo Gakuin University gave us a lecture entitled “Instructions for the carrier formation from the international viewpoint”.

　Mr. Oizumi is an expert of conflicts and hostages. In recent years, conflicts (wars) between two countries have changed into conflicts (wars) between countries and the terrorists. The main purpose of terrorists isn’t "destructions and murders". They want countries to take up claims of terrorists as big problems, and they want the world to recognize them.

　Japan is peaceful, but we will have to cope with terrorism. It is a significant opportunity for us Japanese to think about international peace from the point of view as a member of the global community.
