【Exchange students from Hall-Dale High School in USA】

　From July 8 to 14, 2014, students from Hall-Dale High School (state of Maine, USA), visited our school.

　Our students accepted them as host families, and deepened the friendship during one week, by sharing experiences such as eating Japanese food, and trying calligraphy, tea ceremony, shamisen (three-stringed Japanese guitar) and taiko (Japanese drums).

　The Hall-Dale students also took part in the Seiko-sai (Annual School Festival) and both groups of students enjoyed this event together. On the day Hall-Dale students left here, some of the students were so sad that they cried while seeing them off… although it was just for a short time, both Japanese and American students became good friends with each other.
