On January 27th, 2016, Mr. Thomas Bahun, Director of “Friends of Aomori” (Non-Profit Organization group in the state of Maine, USA), visited our school. He gave us a presentation about the nature, food, festivals, companies and many things in Maine. He also explained to us about history and present situations regarding the sister state relationship between Aomori Prefecture and the state of Maine. Our students asked lots of questions and we had really a good time.

　Our students felt closer to the state of Maine. We hope that our sister state relationship will last long in the future.
